The Chaska House & Cottages has been a family run small business for over thirty years.

Built in 1900, The Chaska main house reflects the Revival Style and attitude that flourished in turn-of-the-century Waxahachie when "Cotton was King." Texas Highways Magazine calls it "Victorian Splendor".

Guest Rooms and Cottage Suites are named after literary giants with extensive decor and historic collections reflecting each author's lifestyle and works.

The Chaska has been featured in Texas Highways Magazine, House Beautiful, The Dallas Morning News and Good Housekeeping Magazine.
