Check-In and Check-Out Check-in 3pm or later. Check-out by 11am. Cancellation Policy Your card will be charged 7 days before arrival for the full amount due. Cancellations within 7 full days of your stay are subject to the full charges unless the room/s can be rebooked for the same period. If we are successful in rebooking for the same stay length then the amount paid will be refunded less a $20 processing fee. Example: If you have a Friday check-in, you would need to cancel by 8pm on the Friday before to not be charged for the stay by texting Amy at 203-981-7319 with your name, dates and request to cancel. Thank you. Smoking and Candles For the comfort and safety of all guests, candles are not permitted and smoking is only allowed outside. If a guest smokes inside, a smoke remediation fee will be charged to the guests credit card.
Children Our cottages are perfect for families with children of any age. But please keep in mind that children 10 years old + count toward the maximum occupancy of the room.
Pets We love animals, but due to our extensive collection of vintage rugs and furnishings, pets cannot be accommodated - even perfect ones. Thank you for your understanding.
