CANCELLATION POLICY FOR THE CHASKA COTTAGES Your card will be charged 4 days before arrival for the full amount due. Cancellations within 4 full days of your stay are subject to the full charges unless the room/s can be rebooked for the same period. If we are successful in rebooking, the amount paid will be refunded less a $20 processing fee. Example: If you have a Friday check-in, you would need to cancel by 8pm Monday to not be charged for the stay by texting Amy at 203-981-7319 with your name, dates and request to cancel. Thank you.
PRIVACY POLICY For the privacy of our guests and owners, only guests listed on the reservation will be allowed inside the Main House. Friends and family are not allowed to come for visits or tours. Services such as hair, makeup, massage need to take place at an alternate location.
SMOKING & CANDLES For the comfort and safety of all Chaska House guests, candles are not permitted and smoking is only allowed outside.
CHILDREN We cannot accommodate children under 10 years old in the Main House. Our cottages are perfect for families with children of any age.
